Hi everyone, I'm Brett.

For those who don’t know me, let’s fix that. I’ve spent my career in product design, moving from entry-level production designer, to more senior roles, and eventually into design leadership. I started from the simplest of entry-level roles. That perspective has been instrumental as my career has progressed.

My foundations are in visual communication and technology: a blend of graphic design, information architecture, and content strategy, viewed through the lens of next-generation technologies. I learned to root my work in process and discipline, while maintaining extremely high standards for my craft. I’ve also studied human behavior extensively, always searching for ways to make the future of products and services more impactful.

I’ve watched UX go from a specialized discipline to a central force in business and technology (thanks, iPhone). And as the field keeps evolving into product design, and beyond, I’m excited to keep shaping what’s next.
